Visual Field Testing

A visual field test or perimetry is a part of the medical eye examination that detects decreases in peripheral vision or central vision that are usually not noticeable by the patient. Visual field loss may be caused by glaucoma or neurological conditions such as stroke, trauma, brain tumors or aneurysms. Most medical insurances cover your visual field exam.
